Buy the way, Marie: I checked the name of the tree in Finnish, it's "neidonhiuspuu" which is literally translated "maiden hair tree". So I remembered kind of right...

Friday night we all agreed to meet for brunch the next morning at 11 in the Broken Egg. We sat at this table with Marie for half an hour before moving to a smaller table. Later Marshall showed up all anxious of being too late but we were just ovejoyed that not everybody jilted us.

On Saturday night we met at Qian's for dinner. She had prepared an amazing Chinese dinner complete with at least 11 courses. Sitting from left to right: Marshall, Daniel, me, Pekka, Marie and Qian. If you look closely you can see that we have maching t-shirts with Marie. And Marie's also maches the wall. This is Marie's picture.
On Sunday we baked pulla. This is me in the process of making korvapuusti (cinnamon buns). How come I have the same expression in every picture of me baking? Marie's picture.
Kevin has a different approach to buttering the Karelian pies. I dip them into water-butter mix with two forks. He turns them around on a pan in milk-butter mix. I didn't quite approve but look how nicely I'm covering it with my smile. Marie's picture.

I took pictures while we were driving to the department, this one looks like Ann Arbor, I think.
So they are kind of crooked and fuzzy (well, this one isn't fuzzy) because we were driving but the colours are the main point anyways.
Ok, this is over exposed, but I kind of like it.
